Dear Sri Venkataramanaiah,
Many thanks for your mail. When we arrange your lecture under ESWARA, it is not merely my problem or your problem, it is our problem! I do not under estimate or dispute the value of your thoughts. My anxiety is to see that its impact is maximized. Many former speakers, including professors, engineers, doctors, CEOs  have not reacted adversely to my polite suggestions. On the other hand they were thankful.  In any case, if you like the idea, I will come to your house at a mutually convenient time and spend an hour hearing your thoughts.
with best regards

Dear Dr.Ramakrishna,
Thanks for your acknowledgement.Regarding your comments,I would like to submit a few points. This Talk is about “TRUTH” and how we look at that and have a feel of it is given in the website.I am looking for sharing my views and this is not for business or profit or political power.I am looking for somebody, especially youngsters who can assimilate and take it forward in the future. The agenda is knowledge creation and dessimination.
Regarding Shrama Dharma,it is my coinage evolved out of Indian ethos especially my illiterate hard working parents who were basically marginal farmers and the surroundings where I was brought up in my early childhood and also a study of human evolution both from materialist angle and spiritualist angle. It is like asking what is atma, paramatma, maya, purusha etc of the brahmanical school of Indian philosophy.
Regarding hard core managers,I am not afraid of them.I fought the then CM of AP,Sri N.T.Rama Rao garu and his entire government(Industies Minister,CS,principal secretary—industies,DGP etc) on file and won in the administration as well as in high court and obtained a clean white paper from the government.Subsequently,I was appointed Enquiry officer on CFO and Excutive engineer which case was connected with a 1963 batch IAS officer and I gave my enquiry report uprightly which was accepted by government of AP resulting in balanced punishment to the delinquent employees.
The whole idea is to share my views.I do not expect censorship for a mere academic lecture.I am not here to please people and it is upto them to take it or leave it.There is no compulsion.I hope you understand my stand.
I will be thankful if you could take this  Talk forward if it is not inconvenient to you.
Thanks&Regards

Dear Sri Venkataramanaiah,
Thanks for sending the CV. I have gone thro your abstract. Is the phrase Shrama Dharma your coinage? What is the source for that? What exactly you mean by that. If we are to promote our Indian philosophy against the present Western philosopy, our thoughts should depend and refer to the great wisdom of Vedas, Upanishads etc. followed by the works of our ancestors. With out proper reference, such of our ideas of a paradigm shift  will not be taken kindly by the present day hard core managers. We have to see how to make the abstract more appealing and respectable. Kindly think on these lines.
